Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Souve does not charge a separate return handling fee, but you will need to arrange and pay for the carrier used to send the parcel back.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of shipment until the return has been completed.
