Can I change my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, we generally cannot change its products, sizes, colours, quantities, delivery details or payment details.

If you have just placed the order, contact us immediately through our contact form or the Souve AI Chat Assistant. We will review the situation, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

If you need a different item or variant and the order cannot be changed, you may place a new order and return the original item after delivery.
