Why did a product disappear from my cart?

Products in your basket are not reserved until your order is completed successfully.

This means an item may disappear from your cart if:

• it sold out,
• the selected size or variant became unavailable,
• or the product was updated in the system before checkout was completed.

If an item is still visible on the website, we recommend checking whether a different size or variant is available.
