Why isn’t my discount code working?

A discount code may not work for several reasons.

Common reasons include:

• the code has expired,
• the code was entered incorrectly,
• the code is not valid for the products in your basket,
• the code cannot be combined with another promotion,
• or the campaign terms do not apply to your order.

Some discount codes apply only to selected products, collections, or promotional periods.

If a code is not accepted, we recommend checking the campaign terms first and making sure the code is entered exactly as provided.
