Can I return items from multiple orders in one parcel?

Yes, items from more than one order may be returned in the same parcel when the return instructions allow it.

Register the return for each order separately through My Account or, for guest orders, through our contact form.

Make sure every order number is clearly identified and include any information requested in the return instructions. This helps us match each item to the correct order and refund.

Use the assigned local courier service and drop-off point shown in the instructions.
