Do I need to include any documents inside the parcel?

At the moment, we do not require a paper return form inside the parcel.

However, your return should be identifiable and linked to the correct order. For that reason, please follow the return instructions provided through your account, online return flow, or support communication.

If there is anything specific we need from you for a particular return, we will let you know directly.
