Can I exchange a product?

Souve does not currently offer direct exchanges through the return process.

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, the best option is to:

• return the original item in line with our returns policy,
• and place a new order separately.

This helps avoid delays and also reflects the fact that product availability may change quickly.
