What happens after I place an order?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Your order is then reviewed and prepared for fulfilment. Once it has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You can also follow your order through your Souve account if you placed the order while logged in.

In most cases, orders are dispatched quickly — often within 24 hours.
