Why was my order split into several parcels?

Sometimes an order may be shipped in more than one parcel.

This can happen when:

  • items are prepared from different warehouse locations,
  • products are packed separately for logistical reasons,
  • or the courier arrangement requires split fulfilment.

If your order has been split, you may receive:

  • separate tracking updates,
  • multiple parcels on different days,
  • or more than one shipping confirmation.

You will only be charged once for delivery unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
