My tracking link is not active yet. What should I do?
If your tracking link is not active yet, there is usually no need to worry.
Tracking may take a little time to become visible after your parcel has been prepared for dispatch. In many cases, the tracking link is created before the courier completes the first physical scan.
Please allow a short period for the system to update.
If your order has just been dispatched, we recommend checking the tracking link again later the same day or on the next business day.
