My tracking information is not updating. What should I do?

It is not unusual for tracking updates to pause temporarily while a parcel moves between courier hubs.

A lack of new scans does not always mean there is a problem. In many cases, tracking resumes once the parcel reaches the next checkpoint in the network.

We recommend:

  • checking the tracking page again later,
  • allowing additional time during weekends or busy periods,
  • and reviewing whether the parcel is still within the expected delivery window.
