What should I do if something is missing from my parcel?
If something is missing from your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible through your Souve account or via the contact page.
To help us investigate the issue, please include:
- your order number,
- a description of what is missing,
- and, if relevant, photos of the parcel, packaging, and included items.
In some cases, an order may be shipped in more than one parcel, so we also recommend checking whether the remaining items are still in transit.
Once we review the case, we will let you know what happens next.
