What is the difference between a return and a claim?

A return is used when an eligible product is not faulty but you want to withdraw from an online purchase within the applicable return period. You do not need to give a reason.

A claim is used when a product is damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
