What remedies are available for a successful claim?

The appropriate remedy depends on the nature of the non-conformity and the applicable consumer rules.

A consumer may generally request repair or replacement. If the requested option is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs, another lawful remedy may be used.

A price reduction or withdrawal from the contract and refund may be available in situations provided by law, for example where repair or replacement is not completed, is impossible, or the non-conformity is sufficiently serious.

Replacement is possible only when the relevant item is available. We will explain the proposed solution after assessing the claim.
