Why was my order split into several parcels?
Sometimes an order may be shipped in more than one parcel.
This can happen when:
- items are prepared from different warehouse locations,
- products are packed separately for logistical reasons,
- or the courier arrangement requires split fulfilment.
If your order has been split, you may receive:
- separate tracking updates,
- multiple parcels on different days,
- or more than one shipping confirmation.
You will only be charged once for delivery unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
