How will I receive my refund?

The refund is normally issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is required by law or agreed with you.

If the order was paid partly or fully with a Souve gift card, the refund may be returned to the gift card and any other payment method according to the original payment allocation.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the funds after the refund has been issued.
