When will I receive my refund?

We issue refunds without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof that they have been sent, whichever occurs first.

Once the return has been received, it may be inspected so that the items can be matched to the order and their condition confirmed.

After the refund is issued, it may take approximately 5-14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive confirmation when the refund has been processed.
