Who pays for return shipping?

Souve covers the cost of return shipping when you use the return method provided in our instructions.

After registering the return through My Account or, for a guest order, through our contact form, you will receive the local courier and drop-off instructions.

We do not currently offer door-to-door collection. Package the items securely and take the parcel to the indicated drop-off point.

Please do not arrange independent shipping unless we agree to it in advance. Costs incurred through another carrier are not normally reimbursed.
