How do I send my return parcel?

After registering the return, you will receive instructions for the local courier service assigned through our return partner, Global24.

Package the items securely and take the parcel to the indicated drop-off point. We do not currently offer collection from your address.

Please use only the method provided in the return instructions. If you arrange another carrier without our prior approval, we may be unable to identify the parcel or reimburse the shipping cost.

Keep your proof of postage and tracking information until the return is complete.
