Do I need to include any documents inside the parcel?

We do not normally require a paper return form inside the parcel.

Your return must still be clearly linked to the correct order. Follow the instructions provided after registration and include any order number, return reference or document specifically requested for your case.

When returning items from several orders in one parcel, make sure all relevant order numbers are clearly identified.
