Why was my order split into several parcels?

An order may be divided into more than one parcel when products are dispatched from different warehouses or need to be handled separately for logistical reasons.

Separate parcels may have different tracking numbers and may arrive on different days.

You will not be charged an additional delivery fee because the order was split. The delivery charge is applied only once according to the order value and destination.
