Will the original delivery cost be refunded?

If you return your entire order under the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the original delivery cost up to the value of the least expensive standard delivery option available for that order.

If you selected a more expensive or express option, the difference above the least expensive standard delivery charge is not refunded.

If you return only part of the order, the original delivery cost is not normally refunded because the remaining items were still delivered.

This is separate from return shipping. Souve covers return shipping when you use the method provided in our instructions.

If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us so the case can be handled under the applicable consumer rules.
