Some recommendations are based on simple, contextual details, such as:
Country or region: For example, which Souve site or language version you’re browsing.
Product details: Like brand, colour, price range, category or material.
Your selections: Filters and sorting options you choose while exploring products.
Typical behaviour: What other customers usually view, click or buy in a similar context.
We can also tailor suggestions more closely to you personally, using information such as:
Your preferences: For example, brands or creators you follow or mark as favourites.
Past purchases and returns: What you’ve bought before and what you decided to send back.
Browsing activity: The products and categories you’ve viewed or clicked on while using Souve.
Size information: Sizes you’ve ordered and kept in the past, which helps us suggest better-fitting options.
